When I double click a folder in right pane, folder tree in left pane scrolls automailc. But I want not to scroll it. How can I do? Thanks.

You can lock the tree using the icon next to its close button. Then it won't change automatically at all. (But that includes not following directory changes at all, which may not be what you want.)
There isn't currently a way to stop the tree scrolling right while still tracking changes.
