when I am using the feature that displays all folder sizes, it is confusing to see a long list of numbers that are in different size categorys. bytes, KB, megbytes, gigabytes.
I would like to be able to see it all in megabytes.
but when I look for that option,
all I see is auto, bytes, KB, and relative as my choices for the column file size displayed. How to set the column size displayed to megabytes?
my second request is can I get it in with an additional 2 places of precision.
There isn't a way to do either thing at the moment but you could ask GPSoftware to see what they think about adding some changes.
I find the combination of Size (Auto) next to Relative Size works well. It's usually easy to tell when files are very different sizes by looking at the bars and that means there's no confusion at mixing up KB and MB numbers.
Opus seems to show 2 decimal places when the amount is less than ten, 1 decimal place between 10 and 100, and none from 100 and above.
Do you actually care aboutthe 0.05MB of a 25MB file, or are you just requesting a fixed 2 decimal places to ensure all the numbers line up?
I just thought that if I had the column sizes set using megabytes, I had to make sure there was a way to see the files that were smaller than a megabyte.
