I can't up-load files to flickr

I can't up-load files to flickr.

Though I can go to the follwing screen
(second picture)
After pushing the NEXT button,

the following dialog disappears at once
though it comes out
(first picture)

And, the file cannot be up-loaded to flickr.

the Place of "Here's how to get started2" in flickr's HP,
It becomes gray and has checked mark

Though I'm sorry for my rough question, please teach me where is bad?

If it's the first time it's gone wrong, try again after waiting a little while. Sometimes the web server is just down, in my experience.

If it still doesn't work, contact GPSoftware for support.
