I have a license for multiple PC's for Dir Opus. While attempting to install version 10 over version 9 onto my Notebook, the process got to about 15%, then a dialog box appeared telling me there is a 'Feature Transfer Error' with the error listed as a 'Catastrophic failure'!
Quite intense, don't you think? The only catastrophy as I can tell is the fact that I can't install version 10.
I have looked for an uninstall for version 9, but it does not appear in control panel.
Any suggestions as to how I can solve this problem?
