I purchased the upgrade from Opus 11 to 12 but did not get a confirmation email with a new certificate or Registration Code. I purchased this last night via paypal.
Currently I cannot upgrade from 11 to 12 as the Certificate tells me version 12.0 is expired. When try to use my Opus 11 certificate or registration it fails.
Please advise
Disregard. I figured out how to mail myself the new registration. For some feedback, this was not very clear.
PayPal purchases are sometimes delayed, but the certificate should have been emailed to you once it was complete, especially if the manually triggered second email worked OK.
Sometimes the certificates end up in people's spam folders, FWIW.
