I am using the ignore prefix option to filter out "the" when sorting my file and folder names but it is not being applied to the folder tree. Is there a way to customise this in the same way?

Thanks for the reply - that's disappointing.
Given the plethora of customization and configuration options in the program it seems a strange omission. It makes for an inconsistent experience when trying to drag and drop to or from the folders to the tree.
We'll add this option in a future version.
