Sometimes the Image InfoTips look fine, but many times the Image InfoTips don't scale properly. See the screenshot below:
I still could not figure out what sequence of steps are required to reproduce the issue, but I have noticed that it happens more frequently when I open Lister in "Images Style" and less frequently when I open images by clicking on Folder Tree.
PS: If I remove Camera Model from the InfoTip then it seems to work fine. Looks like the long Camera Model Name causes this problem.
In the screenshot below, I removed "Camera Model" Label to make room for long Camera Model name and the InfoTip renders fine:
