I am using a camera automation tool with a Canon camera. I have been using it the same way for like two years without any problems. Now when I send the photo to a location, it is rotated 90°. I looked through the settings and could not find anything that was set this way or changed. However, I have noticed this, in Directory Opus when I look at the Image Conversion window I see that the image is not rotated. But it appears that way on the thumbnail. Could this have something to do with Directory Opus?
There is one setting related to rotation, under -> preferences -> file display modes -> thumbnails -> use EXIF information (if present) to auto-rotate images, which may be of interest.
