When viewing 320kB/s CBR 48kHz mp3 files the bitrate column starts to become inaccurate below about 8s duration until around 1s duration when it just shows "VBR". Other tools like Explorer, exiftool, vlc etc. show the true bitrate.

Thanks. That has been fixed for 13.20.2.
The bitrate was being approximated as if they were VBR files, due to them having a Xing header. We now only do that for files with Xing headers that are actually VBR.
