I would like to request a feature to disable inline renaming. I know i can adjust mouse click speed in windows but its a global configuration. It would be really nice if i could turn off inline rename function.

If you're only worried about Details mode, you could switch to Power mode (which is similar, but lets you configure the mouse buttons to do non-standard things) and set the left-button mode to Auto-Deselect (the most similar to the normal Details mode behavior).
It's not possible to disable inline rename entirely in the other modes, at least at the moment.
We'll add an option for this in the next update.
