Can I install Dopus 13 Beta over Dopus 12?
Yes.
Be sure to backup your Opus 12 configuration first (Settings > Backup & Restore).
After that, you can install over the top and it should convert your config to the new version. (You can't convert back in the other direction, but the backup will take care of that if you need it.)

I just tried it and it won't accept my Dopus 12 certificate and I have no idea how to get a Dopus 13 one.
