I purchased Directory Opus on 7/21/2018 and installed it. But something is wrong because is says my certificate expires in 21 days. What do I have to do to permanently install Directory Opus?
It sounds like you haven't installed your licence/certificate. This is easy to fix.

When you bought Opus, you should have received an email with the licence attached as a file.
If you don't have the email, you can get our website to send a new copy via here:

Save the attached licence file to your computer.

Double-click the file to install it, and then you're done.
(If double-clicking doesn't work, you can also install it by going to Help > Licence Manager within Opus, and choosing the appropriate option on the left.)
