Is it possible to put the toolbar at the bottom of the standalone photo viewer instead of the top?
The newer, fully editable toolbar can only be at the top of the standalone viewer.
There is an older, non-editable toolbar which you can turn on at the bottom of the viewer via either View > Control Bar or the Ctrl + L hotkey within the viewer. The top toolbar can be toggled via the similar View > Menu Bar option or Ctrl + N hotkey.
If you only need the basic controls (or don't mind using the configurable right-click context menu for other things), then that might be a good choice.
