Is there a script for real-time synchronization

I know that Dopus supports sync, but it can only be clicked manually each time. I want to synchronize the files in the local area network to the local, and monitor the folder changes in real time. I have tried a number of network disk synchronization tools, but they only support synchronizing local files to the cloud, but do not support synchronizing files in the local area network to the cloud. But I looked up the help documentation, and it seems that Dopus has few descriptions about the synchronization function. How can I do this?

Opus is not the best tool for this job. Have you tried syncthing.net? Works fine for me.

That looks pretty cool. Thanks!

I am trying out syncthing and it seems to do the job. But what folders should I add to the ignore pattern?

I usually exclude temporary files and the folders that hold them.

Hmm trying to figure out which those are
