Why the attached icons are not viewable by DOpus internal viewer? (there is no problem in explorer and other viewers -e.g. XnView, ACDSee, etc. Even no problem in DOpus listers).

Those icons only have 256x256x32 versions within themselves. The viewer in Opus doesn't currently know how to extract those images.
