Is it possible to keep the tabs I opened open no matter what I do, close DO, switch styles, start a listener by clicking on a folder link, reboot my PC, whatever...
I know I could save the layout but that would mean I would have to save the layout again when I'm don't with certain tabs.
I don't think you can do it the way you're asking, but you can lock tabs or create a group of the tabs you want to preserve. And then later on you can return to those tabs by opening the saved tab group.
FWIW, I find toolbar buttons which take me to commonly-used folders work well for this kind of thing (instead of tabs). Not quite the same, of course, but sometimes overlooked.
Hi, Support:
Is it possible to prevent tabs set as "Locked (allow folder changes)" from being closed (by a double or middle click)? In my case, this is very convenient.
Thanks in advance for your attention.
Regards.
Not as far as I know, although I don't personally use tabs much and never use locked tabs so maybe there's a way I don't know of.
(If you want GPSoftware Support, that's at the link in my sig.)
Ok, thanks. Just made a request over there.
Regards.
