I've got some ideas I wanted to share about the feature that lets you press and hold Ctrl to display an item's Info Tip:
I think it would be nice if it were possible to choose between a delay, or the release of Ctrl.
The potential of the Info Tip showing only upon the release of Ctrl is that it can essentially be instantly displayed whenever you'd like. This would differ compared to setting the delay to 1ms
because the Info Tip always ends up getting in the way when you may just be pressing Ctrl+C to copy. If it were only shown upon Ctrl's release, Opus could check whether another button was pressed after Ctrl was held, as in the case of copying, and decide to keep the Info Tip from showing. The delay option could also check for this (though this would only help with a reasonable ms value set, which means no instant Info Tips).
The use case I have this idea for is quickly navigating images with the arrow keys, and hitting Ctrl when I want to better see an image (due to having 512px thumbnails in my Info Tip). Any of my Ctrl actions wouldn't cause the tooltip to show, which is especially inconvenient when one Cuts due to items being obscured and thus being unable to see which items have dimmed (indicating they'll be part of the move).
Whether or not such an idea is implemented, I think checking if another key was pressed whilst Ctrl was held, as well as being able to press Ctrl a second time to toggle the Info Tip closed, would both be useful but small additions to the current delay feature.
Thanks!
