I have a particular label assignment for "junctions" but some of the junctions aren't using the label assignment.
All the following junctions are created in the same folder but the junction for "Robotask" is not using the brown label assignment. I have recreated the junction but the it remains the same.
How is the Junctions filter-label defined?
Is the RoboTask item definitely a junction and not a shortcut?
Do any other labels match it first? (Turn on the General > Label column for a quick way to see.)

I'm not sure why but the label field for Robotask showed as 'Checked'. I undid this and it seems correct now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I didn't know I could add the column "Label" which immediately revealed the cause.
