Label filter and Collection/Libraries

Hi,
I want to create Label filter and I need some helps.
I want to apply Labels to folders only that owner not contains 'TM705769'.


Problem, Libraries and Collections are marked.
So I want to exclude it by adding Location exception (File Collections and Libraries) but failed :frowning:

Also turn on use wildcards, since ( | ) are being used wildcard characters.
