I have an Opus 12 single pro license. I lost my laptop and when I try to install Opus to a new laptop I can't it. What is the solution for this problem? How can I remove my laptop license from my lost laptop?
The licence you have should still work. Make sure you are using the right one from your email (or via the lost certificate option on our website), and not an old expired free evaluation licence.
