Larger icons in toolbars

Apologies if this has already been posted somewhere, but I can't see it in the FAQ, nor do my searches bring it up.

I've got a couple of toolbars set up with Opus but I'm getting a little tired of the 48x48 pixel limit for the "large" icons. Is there any way to get the toolbars to use larger icons, either by selecting a different size or scaling the existing ones to fit?

If you turn off Preferences - Toolbars - Appearance: Scale Toolbar button images when larger than standard size then Opus will let you have bigger images. It won't scale up smaller images, though (but that would look quite ugly anyway, with most icons).
