I view digital pictures with the standalone viewer and find it annoying that the icons on the bottom are so small. With resolution increasing to 1920*1200 and beyond it getting harder to click icons that are barely visible.
My monitor is 2560 x 1600 and I can see them just fine. Maybe you need glasses?
Normal resolutions are increasing, but so are monitor sizes with them, except on laptops.
My 1920x1200 desktop monitor is 24" and the pixels are the same size as they were on older, physically smaller monitors. Going up to 1920x1200 didn't make things smaller or harder to see, it just added space.
On the other hand, my laptop's 1920x1200 monitor is 17" and has much smaller pixels. (I can still see the viewer buttons fine, though.)
It'd be cool if the viewer toolbar was customizable like lister toolbars. Then people could change the icons if they wanted to, and could add/remove commands as well.
