Since installing this release I have had nothing but trouble. Can I go back to the previous release
Yes, it's a beta, so the installer for the previous non-beta is always available:
It'd be good to know what kind of trouble you were seeing, if you think it is due to the beta. We haven't had any similar reports in the ~2 weeks since it came out, but if there is an issue then we'd like to fix it.
