the pdfs never load, just Keeps saying it is loading. then if you want to move or rename the file, you get a message saying that file is being used by another program and you can not do either operation. DO then completely hangs and needs to be restarted.
You may need to repair or reinstall your PDF viewer.
Is it working in File Explorer's viewer pane?
The PDF viewer is not part of Opus; Opus just uses the one you have installed on your system (if any).
I have the same problem with pdf's. The viewer works fine with docx, doc, txt... but with pdf it doesn't. Not only doesn't it preview the file, but the application freezes and have to restart it.
If I reboot the computer it will work for a while, until it stops working again.
I have version 12.15 x64. The viewer used to work fine until a few versions back.
