Is there a way to setup DO to allow the layering of Multiple Tabs possible?
Would be useful with work-related activities.
Not currently, no. There can only be one row of tabs per file display, with any excess going into a menu (or with the tabs scrolling, depending on the Preferences setting).
In the latest betas we added an option to reduce the size of tabs to make them all fit (until a minimum size is reached), which may be useful sometimes, but maybe not here where there are so many tabs and you need to see quite a lot of their labels to know which is which.
I agree that multi-row tabs would be great, like I have in firefox. At least a minimum of two rows would be ideal for smaller screens or certain listers.
I too would like to see this feature added. Right now, for me, it's a real hindrance with my everyday tasks. I hope the developers consider this feature
