Left and right for CreateFolder READAUTO

CreateFolder READAUTO can open folders in the source and the destination.

It'd be nice, if we could also specify to open folders in the left and the right side of a Lister.

Left=Top and Right=Bottom when in horizontal mode. That's already standard with all commands.
