Licence Questions

I have a 5 machine licence for Directory Opus 11.

If I upgrade to version 12 for a single machine licence:

  1. Will my remaining version 11 licences still be valid?
  2. Can I upgrade to a 5 machine licence at a later date and still receive the same discounts?

I purchased the Directory Opus 12 upgrade a half an hour ago, but I still haven't received an email with my new certificate.
I tried using my version 11 certificate, but it wouldn't accept it.

I normally receive emails almost instantly when purchasing software.
Is this normal for it to take this long with this software?

Luckily I copied and pasted it from the web page.

The odds are it's gone into your spam folder. Or is still enroute to you now - email isn't instantaneous after all. Why the panic? Opus isn't going to stop working in the 1 or 2 hours it takes for the email to get to you :slight_smile:

Yes, I checked the SPAM/JUNK folder, but nothing.

Whenever I purchased or upgraded anything Opus-related I got the e-mails instantly. Must be some temporary glitch.
