I have been using Directory Opus for a while. Today, my computer crashed. "Oh well, not a big deal it happens." I say. I boot up the computer, and Directory Opus, as always...and instead it opens the License Manager. License Manager says my "Program Certificate has expired". Uh, no. It's a one-time purchase, it doesn't expire.
I don't even remember how to prove I have the license, it was so many years ago. What happened, and how do I fix it?
The message will be about the stock evaluation certificate, not the one you purchased. The one you purchased must not be installed as a result of something that happened when the computer crashed. (Unusual, but could happen if the filesystem had to be repaired, perhaps.)
Go to Lost Registration Retrieval and re-download your licence file, then install it into the program in the same window that's telling you the certificate has expired.
