License Reset Application

To whom may be concerned,

    I'm a user of DO 10 bought in 2013 from the Chinese reseller ZiQing and upgrade it to DO11 in 2014. I activated two of my personal pcs in 2014 and 2015. Now I want to activate DO on a new pc and cancel registration from one of my old PC. However, for some technical problem, I can not uninstall DO first on that computer. Would you please help me to reset my license status so that I can activate it again on my new pc?

You shouldn't need to do anything special. If the licence/install fails on the new machine for any reason, please use the sales contact on the GPSoftware main site.
