I'm not sure what "full steam" and "nervous" mean here.
If Opus crashed, there should normally be some crash logs to send us: Automatic crash logs (for bug reports)
If it froze or took a really long time to do something, please make some process snapshots during the freeze/delay so we can analyze them: Manually generating process snapshots
Instructions on how to reproduce the problem would also be useful. E.g. What's your intotip definition for the file in question, and what was the description set to?
