Limitation of full row selection in single click mode

I have the following options checked:

Settings -> Preferences -> Listers -> File Display -> Single click to open an item ...

Settings -> Preferences -> Lister Display Modes -> Details Mode -> Full-row selection

and the following not checked

Settings -> Preferences -> Lister Display Modes -> Details Mode -> Full-row selection -> Display only ...

For an area of the row outside the filename, double click is required to optn the file. It seems like logically, single click should work here.

Have the same problem. Do you know how to solve it?

I don't think it can be changed, it's just how those options interact, at least right now.

The "single-click to open" option needs you to single click on the filenames, i.e. the underlined text that looks like a web browser link.
