Is it possible to:
1-Hide headers in list view (not in details view)
2-Give every column a different width based on the lenght of the longest file (adjust)

point 2 still unsolved
Listview column width is not possible, unfortunately. Has been discussed here on the forum in the past. I have hope that one day it'll be implemented.
