Lister title bar blinking

Hello.

After checking out several file managers I am currently evaluating Dopus 9 and I am very happy with the configurability and stability of it.

I have only one question about the Lister title bar. I don't know exactly when it starts, but after a few directory changes (browsing) they suddenly start blinking (both blink when in dual view). The blinking consists of the showed path in the title bar being erased, showing a clear gradient background color of the title bar, blinking once per second. They still function (hot paths and buttons) but it is very annoying. The buttons on the title bar do not blink. Browsing to another directory works fine but the caption in the title bar keeps blinking. To make it stop I have to select another Lister Style from the Styles toolbar.
This is occuring with DOpus version 9.0.0.9 on Windows 2000 with all latest updates installed. On my other system (XP SP2) the blinking does not occur.

Regards,
Maarten

Sounds like you have the navlock feature turned on. When you do and the source and destination paths are not in sync (that is, they can follow each other as you move around) then the title bar blinks to let you know you are no longer in sync.

Yes sounds exactly like Navigation lock feature as described in the Help file. Weird thing is, as I understand there is no button or other possibility to inadvertently enable or disable this in the standard layout with a fresh install, so it is unclear to me how this option got activated. Anyway, the behaviour has not returned ever since, so problem solved.

Another way that Navlock can be turned on is via Styles. Perhaps one of your styles has it turned on.
