I have a locked folder and I cannot unlock it with DO11.3 I can't even delete any files in the locked folder. See screen shot below
I even attempted to boot in safe mode with no success.
I would appreciate any and all assistance with this locked folder.

The error message, if it is accurate (it is coming from Windows, not Opus), indicates that the folder permissions are such that only the SYSTEM account can delete it. You may need to change the folder's permissions to delete it manually. The permissions may be because the operating system is still using the folder, in which case deleting it could cause problems. It's probably related to a service pack installation or another WIndows Update.
