1. How to create custom Lister and have it auto update according to file types?
   I would like a different Custom Lister for viewing 3D FBX and a different Lister layout to view JPG images

2. Status Icons - How to customize or modify? I like the defaults, I would like to modify "important" to read "Pending" ( I was not finding the suggested path.)
