Losing toolbars

I'm using version 9.1.1.7 on Vista 32bit and since a short while, the toolbars are gone, once every few days. This only happens in DO.

Any idea what might be causing it?

Best regards, Brenny

Are they gone completely or can you turn them back on via the list of toolbars in the Customize window?

(You can left-click the icon at the top-left of an Opus window to get a menu which lets you open the Customize window if the usual menu bar is not visible.)

I can turn them on again. Once every few days, they are turned off again.

Have you created or imported a button/hotkey which might be closing the toolbars using the Toolbar command?

Aside from that the only way a toolbar can be closed normally is if you manually right-click it and select Close or if you untick it in Customize -> Toolbars. I don't think anyone has reported toolbars closing by themselves in the past.

I suppose it could be a program broadcasting messages to all applications, which happens to be sending the message which closes toolbars in Opus, but that seems unlikely. (Another problem turned out to be something like that once in in the past, though, so it's not impossible.)

No I didn't. Going to reinstall DO and see what happens. Thanks for your feedback.
