Lost Folder Icons (Opus and Explorer)

Just after the last update (see ABOUT below), I could see all the icons I cuistomized for the folders but only for those at the top level, ie, below the C:\ drive or other partitions.
All folder icons below the top folders cannnot be seen even though the desktop.ini file is in the folder itself.
For some reason, I can see the HIDDEN/EVERYTHING for the top folders (bottom left) but I cannot see this option for the lower level folders

What happened?

Many thanks

Directory Opus Light 12.31 Build 8459 x64
OS 10.0 (B:19043 P:2 T:1) SP 0.0

Are the icons the same in File Explorer?

Thanks Leo . . . nope . . . they also don't show in the WIndows Explorer nor other explorers that I've tried . . .

Could this be a Windows Update issue?

Maybe something cleared the Read-Only attribute on the folders, or the Hidden+System attributes on the desktop.ini files.
