Every time I restore my system from a backup using Macrium Reflect. Directory opus keeps asking for my licence again. Any ideas what is causing this. Perhaps I could backup the licence separately?
Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
That should not happen if you do a full image backup of the system drive, but presumably that tool (or the way it is being used) is doing something else and losing part of the licence data.
The silent install instructions includes information on how you can script a licence install, which may be of use if you want to keep the backup setup the same but add it to a post-backup step to avoid installing the licence by hand.
Thanks for the info. I've just saved the cert file to another drive, so I can just load it from there for now. Your right it shouldn't happen, it doesn't when I use other imaging software. Thanks for the link good to know
