Make Directory Opus the default handler for FTP sites does not work:

Turning on this option will make Opus the default handler for FTP sites; when you click on an FTP link in a web browser, or a shortcut to an FTP site, it should open in an Opus Lister automatically.

It only affects FTP URLs which are sent to the default handler. e.g. If you type one into the Start -> Run box.

Most web browsers ignore the default handler for URLs and open everything they know how to open themselves. (It'd be pretty annoying if they didn't, since if you opened a non-default browser and clicked a link to anything, it would open the link in the default browser.)

This seems to be broken in Windows 8, as it still works ok in Windows 7.
We'll try and fix this in the next update.
