I did nothing, but the next day it solved itself?

I looked at some forums and the gave me this anwser, and I desinstalled the programm ransomfree, this solved the problem of strange files and folders appaering on the A drive (which is displayed as a tab)
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/disconnected-network-drive-a-virus/0996b7bd-828c-46a6-ae9a-3de5d45220e6?auth=1
So I also deinstalled Opus, reinstalled it with the backup settings, and now I can see my normal documents displayed in the Tab A, but not as a driveletter
However in the explorer the A drive does not appear at all
Even stranger if I look at the mapped drives overview in Synology Nas, where the data is actually stored it shows me that the A drive is actually mapped to the 'documents' folder
However If I look in opus to see which mapped drives I can disconnect the A drive is not visible either just like in the explorer (the Y and Z drives are for remote connections only so that is normal that they have a red cross trough them
