Metadata panel - no fields for mp3 files

Hi,

First of all I want to say thanks for creating such a great thing as Dopus, I'm still new to it but do absolutely
love it :thumbsup:
But I have a problem with the metadata panel: for jpg etc. files it works fine, but for music files, especially mp3,
it does not even contain any fields other than rating, comment, tags and attributes, date.
No album, title, artist, no nothing.
According to MP3Tag my mp3 files are tagged with id3v2.3. Though the columns as well as the tips
when hovering with the mouse show all metadata correctly. Just the metadata panel does not work at all.
I couldn't find if and where the panel does have or could be configured to include the fields.
Is there a solution?

Using RegEdit navigate to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.mp3 registry key and see what is set for both Content Type and PerceivedType.

That was it! Thanks! For some reasonboth entries in the registry were empty. I have now added the correct values audio and audio/mpeg and voila - now the metadata panel shows everything :stuck_out_tongue: .
