Missing dokan1.sys?

Two days ago I ported my DOpus version 12 from a Windows 10 laptop to a new Windows 11 laptop. It worked fine, except when I right-click on a drive letter (C:, D:, or X:), with some sub-folders displayed, I get the following error message:

Closing this gives me the right-click menu I expect. This is all not a big deal, but annoying.

I upgraded to DOpus 13 just now, rebooted, and the problem persists.

dokan1.sys is supposed to exist in C:\Windows\System32\drivers, and what I see there is “dokan1.sys.temp”. Renaming that to remove the .temp does not help. I’ve restarted DOpus several times and rebooted too, as part of trying to get rid of this.

I also tried changing DOpus Properties mtp_enable to false, which didn’t help either.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Presumably you have MTP Drive installed, as the title bar suggests?
This is nothing to do with Opus.

Thanks for the quick reply. MTPDrive must have been installed as a part of my port or in Windows 11. I didn’t know I had it. I just uninstalled and the problem in DOpus went away, so that’s solved. Let’s hope something else didn’t break!
