As can be seen in the screen grab, one of the PM entries and all of the AM entries are slightly truncated. Opus v12.23 using the default folder format as shown with all column widths set to auto. If it is relevant, this is in a VMware virtual machine.
Haven't been able to reproduce this, but it probably depends on a few factors.

Is that the standard Modified column, or a replacement from a script? (Looks like the standard one, but asking just in case.)

What's the alignment setting for that column? (Does it still happen if it's set to Default?)

Which font and size are selected for the File Display? (Prefs / Display / Colors and Fonts)

Finally, what's your system DPI scaling percent? (Display Properties within Windows' settings)
@leo After reading your response I fired up the VM in order to answer your questions and now I can't reproduce the problem. This was after a shutdown and reboot of the VM. I will answer your questions anyway and keep an eye open for any recurrence. At the time it was consistently reproducible by navigating up/down then back or by opening in a new tab.
My Modified column is standard.
Alignment is Default.
Display font is Segoe UI 9
