More control over settings backup/restore

Is there any way to get more control over settings backup/restore.
I want to backup/restore some styles I have created but not affect the toolbars on a nother computer.
Currently to restore styles it appears I will also overwrite any toolbars (presumably of the same name).
Is there any way to get more control over this process to select just the items I want to backup/restore?

See the FAQs on config backup and restore. Everything is stored in files so yiu can have as much control over what is backed up as you want.

Thanks Leo that's perfect. From there I can see the relevant settings files to copy over. I tried it and its bang on. Thx heaps.
