Is there a way to move "Favorites from one computer to another? If yes, will it adjust the path based on computer.

If you type /dopusdata/ConfigFiles into Opus, you'll find favorites.ofv below the config directory it takes you to. You can copy that between machines.
The paths will stay as-is when copied. Whether or not they'll work on the other computer depends on the path and the setup of the two computers.
