More text file extensions for FTP

Please add more default file extensions to Preferences/FTP/Misc/Transfer Mode/Automatic:

CSV = Comma separated files - they are only text files
SH = shell scripts - the same as BAT for MS-DOS
INI = widly used text files
CONF = .conf file frome e.g. Apache Webserver
SQL = Database SQL statement files
CTL = Oracle SQL Loader Control file
LOG = Log files - normally text files
LST = Output file (list file) of various programs
JS = Javascript files
VBS = Visual Basic scripts
REG = Registry files
XML,
XHTML,
WML = like HTML files but for WAP
RSS = RSS news feeds like XML
SMIL = like HTML but SMIL (see w3.org)
PM = Perl module file - like PL/CGI
RAM = Wrapper for RealAudio files
M3U = Wrapper for MP3 files
RT = RealAudio text file (Real Text)
ASX = Wrapper for ASF files (Windows Media)
WAX = Wrapper for WMA files (Windows Media)
WVX = Wrapper for WMV files (Windows Media)
WMX = Wrapper for WM files (Windows Media)

I hope there are no duplicates with 8.2.2.5 - I've written them down a longer time ago which I couldn't find in DOpus (8.2.2.4).

It's best to send this kind of thing to GPSoft directly, unless you want to start a discussion about additiona file extensions here.

By the way, would you want to transfer things like Windows Media wrappers in text mode? If the files will only be used on Windows (or by software which understands CRLF end-of-lines) then I would've thought it was best not to translate the end-of-lines? Doesn't hurt provided they're translated back, of course.
