I also have this problem (only when another program is open) and I never found a solution: I end up with the blinking entry on my Taskbar. It only happens when I configure a
keyboard button (HP keyboard) to open a DOpus Lister (See h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu ... e=bph07179 ). But DOpus does come to
the foreground when I use a global hotkey to start DOpus (also when another program is open).
BTW: I found one other post, but i'm not sure if this is the same problem: [DOpus starts always in the background)
