Mouse Over JPG shows list

I have noticed that a MouseOver a jpg file shows a Thumbnail and a list of data. Is there a way to control the list that is showing? Is this a Opus function or a result of a viewer.

Thanks. I spent last night kicking it around. I got it to work. But I ran into problems working with Doc, Docx & txt. I think my issue should be a separate Topic since it is hardly related to Mouse-Over.
