Move all folders in to folders names A B C etc

i have a bunch of amiga demos . folders
that i need to move in to folders names a,b,c,d based on folder name .. also each folder has an .info (amiga icon that needs to be moved also)

You want all the folders moved a level below, into folders with the first letter of their names? Or something else?

In the Rename dialog:

Mode: Regular Expressions
Old name: (.).*
New name: \1\\\0
