Move (overwrite) behavior (for Google Drive File Stream)

So Drive File Stream allows you to move files/folders in the drive without downloading the actual file. Directory Opus's Move does this just fine as long as there aren't any existing files (folders merge fine) with the same name as the source file(s).

Thus, to effectively move "overwrite", a workaround would be to first delete the existing files, and then perform the move operation (as opposed to simply selecting move overwrite existing).

How can I implement this behavior for a specific drive (with a button, perhaps?) (this is moving on the same drive, btw.)

That is already how moves work if there's a file in the way.

Hmm. That's strange then, because Google Drive File Stream suggests otherwise.

The "Replace" option causes the removal of the original file, then the download and re-upload of the new file into the old file's directory--this download/upload does not occur if I deleted the original file first, and then moved the directories for merge.
